| 摘 要： | 通过分析目前门诊就诊预交金模式存在的两个非常突出的问题，即非法吸收存款嫌疑和患者所交预交金只能在本医院使用的问题，提出了基于区域医疗共享平台的门诊就诊支付体系的建设方案。该方案的实施优化了就诊流程，实现了门诊小额费用的电子方式支付和全市“一卡通”，方便了市民就诊。

| Abstract: | By analyzing two outstanding problems existing in deposit mode of clinical examination, namely, suspicious in illegally acquiring deposit and deposit only be used in the same hospital, it puts forward the construction planning of payment system for clinical examination based on the sharing platform of regional medical treatment. The implementation of planning can optimize the examination flow, achieve the electronic payment for small amount expense and the use of ＂All-purpose card＂ , which provides great convenience for citizens. |
