| 摘 要： | 广州军区广州总医院在实施全成本核算过程中，依托“军字一号”信息平台，开发了“医院全成本核算系统”软件。针对不同用户需求特点，采用院、科两级核算的方式，以健全科学的绩效评价体系、强化成本控制与管理为切入点，充分调动全院人员的积极性，坚持走“优质、高效、低耗、可持续发展”之路。重点介绍了软件的设计思想、主要功能及实施过程。

| Abstract: | Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command has developed the customized software ＂Hospital Full Cost Accounting System＂ based on ＂Military No. 1＂ Information Platform. This software functions at hospital level and section level, improves scientific performance evaluation system, strengthen cost control and management as the starting point, to motivate entire staff of the Hospital, insistent on the way of ＂high quality, high efficiency, low consumption and sustainable development＂ .
