数字化影像病案信息系统的建立与应用

目的：解决传统纸质病案管理过程中的诸多问题，全面提升病案信息资源的共享利用。方法：采用数字扫描、数码拍摄将传统纸质病案影像化，以数据库方式存储并进行索引标识。结果：建立数码影像病案数据库，开发电子调阅和病案检索、病案对外窗口打印服务等6个管理子系统。结论：数字化影像病案信息系统改变了传统病案管理模式及工作流程，实现了病案信息资源共享及信息安全，提高了工作效率，全面提升了病案管理水平。同时能与未来的电子病案系统进行衔接，促进了医院信息化建设的发展。

Establishment and Application of Digital Imaging Medical Record Information System

Objective： To solve the problems of traditional paper-based medical record management, and enhance the sharing and utilization of information resources in the medical record completely. Methods： Using digital scanning and digital imaging to manage the traditional paper-based medical record, then storing in databases and establishing the index. Results： Using digital imaging technology to establish a medical record database, to develop six management subsystems： electronic medical record retrieval, medical record and other external window print services and so on. Conclusion： Digital imaging medical record information system updates the traditional medical record management model, changes the work flow to achieve the medical record information sharing and information security, improves efficiency, enhances the medical record management level. At the same time capable of future electronic medical records system convergence, promoting the development of hospital information construction.
