| 摘 要： | 目前医院信息系统建设中，普遍对范围管理感到力不从心。项目范围没有完善的计划、控制条件不明确、资源分配不合理、无法确认项目边界。而以科学的管理方法来进行项目范围管理将有效的防止“范围蔓延”，以保证项目建设的成功。

| Abstract: | At present, in the construction of hospital information system, the scope management is commonly poor. For the scope of project, there is no perfect plan, unclear control conditions, unreasonable resource allocation, and project boundaries that cannot be confirmed. The management of project scope with scientific management methods will effectively prevent ＆quot;scope creep＆quot;, so as to ensure the success of the project construction. |
