摘    要:选用缝康家兔为受试对象,给药剂量O.5g。耳静脉定时取血,分离血清,用原子吸收光谱法测定锌浓度。按单室模型用计算机进行数据处理,求得各剂型的动力学参数。由半衰期和曲线下面积表明,片剂具有生物利用度较高、体内作用时间较长的特点。

Abstract:0.5 gm of zinc licorice was orally given to healthy rabbits The blood was collected from the vein of the ear and serum was seperated. Concentration of zinc was determined by AAS. According to one compartment mode, the observed data were handled by computer. The pharmacokinetic parameter of three dosage forms of the drugs used was obtained. Through the biological half life (t1/2) and the area under the blood level-time curve (AUC), the results indicates that the tablet has the characteristic of higher bioaviobility and longer time of effects in rabbits.
