经阴道彩色多普勒超声对多囊卵巢综合征诊断40例分析

目的：探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在多囊卵巢综合征（pcos）诊断中的价值。方法：回顾性分析40例二维超声及彩色多普勒超声诊断为PCOS的显像特征。结果：二维声像表现卵巢体积增大，小卵泡数目增多，卵巢髓质增大，回声增强；彩色多普勒显像表现卵巢内呈充血状血流，血流阻力指数呈低阻型。结论：经阴道彩色多普勒超声对多囊卵巢综合征有较高的诊断价值。

Transvaginal color doppler in diagnosis of 40 patients of PCOS

Objective： To evaluate the value of transvaginal color doppler in diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS）. Methods： Features of 2D-sonogram and color doppler pictures in 40 patients who had been diagnosed as PCOS in clinic were analyzed retrospectively. Results： 2D-sonograms indicated that volume of ovaries became augmentation, the number of small ovarian follicles became increasing and medulla of ovaries enlarged and their echo enhanced. Color doppler flow imaging presented that ovaries manifested hyperemia and resistance of blood flow manifested low lock type. Conclusion： Transvaginal color doppler has more valuable in the diagnosis of PCOS.
