| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃萎消颗粒对大鼠实验性慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）的治疗作用。方法：采用热盐水灌胃方法制作CAG动物模型．同时用不同剂量的胃萎消颗粒进行治疗，12周后检测各组大鼠血清胃泌素（GAS）和血浆胃动素（MTL）的含量．观察每组大鼠胃黏膜的变化情况。结果：CAG模型大鼠血清GAS和血浆MTL明显下降（P〈0．01或P〈0．05），经胃萎消颗粒治疗12周后，大鼠血清GAS和血浆MTL明显回升（P〈0．05），胃黏膜损伤指数明显降低，黏膜萎缩、肠上皮化生、异常增生鼠数量明显减少。结论：胃萎消颗粒对大鼠实验性CAG胃部相关病变有较好的治疗作用。 |
