医院科研激励机制的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨医院科研激励机制的研究情况。方法分析北京军区总医院医务部2009年1月-2013年1月科研情况,依据时间和激励机制实施进行分组,将2009年1月-2011年1月未实施激励机制科研人员200名作为对照组,2011年2月-2013年1月实施激励机制科研人员200名作为观察组。比较两组一般情况及激励机制认知评分。结果两组科研人员性别、年龄、职称、学历比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。观察组科研人员激励机制概念和目的、激励机制态度、激励机制环境、激励机制效果评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组科研立项比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论医院科研激励机制的应用可以明显提高科研人员的认知态度,有效提高科研立项项目数,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the research of hospital scientific research incentive mechanism. Methods Scientific research of Department of Medical, General Hospital of Beijing Military Region from January 2009 to January 2013 were analyzed. According to the time and incentive mechanism implementation, the researchers were divided into two groups. The control group had 200 cases, who had not implementation of incentive mechanism; the observation group had 200 cases, who had implementation of incentive mechanism. The general condition and incentive mechanism cogni-tion scores of the two groups were compared. Results The gender, age, title, education level were compared between the two groups, the differences were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). The scores of incentive mechanism concept and objective, incentive mechanism attitude, incentive mechanism environment, incentive mechanism effect in the observa-tion group were higher than those of the control groups, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The proportion of research project in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was sta-tistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of hospital scientific research incentive mechanism can sig-nificantly improve the cognitive attitude of science researchers, improve the scientific research project number, which is worthy of popularization and application.
