| 摘 要： | 目的：总结肺叶切除术后急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）早期诊断与治疗经验。方法：收集1999年12月-2010年6月，我院开胸术后发生ARDS的28例患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果：死亡5例，其中早期诊断、早期治疗死亡率低（1／18），P〈0．01。结论：早期诊断及早采用机械通气，控制感染，纠正休克，积极治疗合并症、并发症，维护主要脏器功能是防治普胸术后ARDS的关键。
