| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鲜梨汁和腹部按摩联合应用对脑卒中鼻饲患者便秘的预防作用。方法：将65例首次发病的脑卒中鼻饲患者按鼻饲日分为实验组（34例）和对照组（31例）。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上在管喂开始时即鼻饲鲜梨汁并联合应用腹部按摩,观察患者的排便情况,持续观察14 d。结果：对照组便秘的发生率为53.3%,实验组便秘的发生率为21.9%,并且第1次排便时间比对照组提前了1 d多,两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：通过鼻饲鲜梨汁联合腹部按摩对脑卒中鼻饲患者发生便秘有较好的预防作用。
