分层次管理对护理人员理论掌握水平和实际操作能力的影响

摘    要:目的探讨分层次管理应用于临床护理管理中对护理人员理论掌握水平和实际操作能力的影响,为临床护理管理开辟一条新路径。方法选取2010年3月~2013年10月海军总医院78名护理人员作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各39名。其中对照组护理人员采取常规的临床护理管理模式。研究组护理人员采取分层次管理模式。考察并比较管理前后两组护理人员的理论知识掌握水平和实际操作能力,调查患者对护理工作的满意度。结果两组管理前的理论知识水平及操作水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,研究组的理论知识水平及操作水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员工作满意度为97.4%,对照组为79.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层次管理应用于临床护理管理是一条切实可行的新途径,可有效提升护理人员的理论水平与实际操作能力,有利于提高患者对护理工作的满意度,增近护患关系,减少护患纠纷,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Effects of hierarchical management on the theoretical master level and practical ability of clinical nurse

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of hierarchical management on the theoretical master level and practi-cal ability of clinical nurse, and open a new path for the clinical nursing management. Methods 78 nurses from March 2010 to October 2013 in Navy General Hospital were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 39 patients in each group. Nurses of the control group were given the conventional clinical nursing management mode, and nurses of the study group were given hierarchical management model. The theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nurses before and after management in two groups were investigated and compared, and the patients′ satisfaction to nursing work of two groups were investigate. Results There were no significant difference between the level of theoretical knowledge and operating levels in the two groups before management (P 〉0.05); after management, the theoretical knowledge master level and practical level in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Study on the job satisfaction of nursing staff in the study group was 97.4%, which was higher than that of the control group (79.5%), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Gradation management is a new practical way applied to the clinical nursing management, it can effectively promote the theoretical master level and practical ability of nursing staff, improve patient satisfaction with nursing work, close the relationship between nurses and patients, and reduce nurse patient disputes. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
