| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨简易腹膜外剖宫产术应用于再次剖宫产是否有其优越性。方法：对2005年1月～2010年12月再次剖宫产病例进行回顾性分析。151例行简易腹膜外剖宫产术者为实验组,147例行新式剖宫产术者为对照组,对两组手术时间、术中术后出血量、术后胃肠功能恢复、术后病率、新生儿情况等进行对比观察。结果：两组在手术全程操作时间、术中出血量、术后病率、手术并发症、新生儿窒息率、切口愈合情况等方面比较,差异无统计学意义,但术后肛门排气时间实验组为（8.7±2.3）h,对照组为（17.4±3.9）h,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对于再次剖宫产患者而言,简易腹膜外剖宫产术较新式剖宫产具有术后胃肠功能恢复快等优点,适于临床推广应用。
