| 摘 要： | 目的：观察依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将85例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组（43例）及对照组（42例）。两组均予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用依达拉奉。评价两组的治疗效果及治疗前后临床神经功能缺损程度评分变化。治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈O.05）,神经功能缺损评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,无严重不良反应,可在临床中推广使用。
