ESTABLISHMENT AND CLINICAL APPLICATION OF ANTISPERM ANTIBODY TEST WITH ELISA

Laboratory-made soluble sperm membrane antigen was dripped into the ting holes of a polystyrene plate and so was the patient's serum. When the antigen were combined with the antibody, an antienzyme combination and TMBS substrate were added, and then the mixture became coloured. The results were observed by nakid eyes. Using this method,we measured the AsAb in 100 infertile patients,47 abortion patients and 40 fertile persons.The results showed that the positive rates of AsAb in three groups were 23.00% (infertile).25. 50% (abortion) and 2. 50% (fertile). It is suggested that this method is with strong specificity and high sensitivity. The procedure is simple and rapid. It can be easily popularised in grass-roots units and rural areas.
