济宁市社区老年人口腔健康行为现状调查

目的 了解济宁市社区老年人口腔健康行为状况.方法 采用分层整群抽样方法,应用自拟《老年人口腔健康行为现状调查表》进行调查.结果 1)每天刷牙的占总被试86.3％,饭后必漱口的占56.4％,每天使用牙线的占0.6％,采用竖刷法的占35.4％；2)被试口腔健康行为与其文化程度、经济收入以及参加口腔健康教育活动有关.结论 应加强社区口腔卫生服务设施建设,有计划、有目的对老年人进行口腔健康指导,促进老年人口腔健康.

A survey of oral health behaviors of the elderly people in Jining community

Objective To learn the situation of oral health behaviors of the elderly people in Jining.Methods The number of 1026 elderly people were investigated by Stratified cluster sampling method using the questionnaire of oral health behaviors of the elderly people.Results 1) In the number of 1026 elderly people,brushing teeth every day of the test was 86.3% totally,56.4% after dinner would gargle,0.6% was daily flossing,and 35.4% used shaft brush.2)The oral health behavior was related to the elderly people’s cultural level,economic income and participating in the oral health education activities.Conclusion Based on the community oral health service facilities strengthen,oral health guide should be in a planning way in order to promote the old oral health.
