河南省新乡地区农村居民亚健康状况及疾病状况分布特征

目的了解河南省新乡地区农村居民亚健康常见症状及疾病特征分布。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取河南省665人为研究对象,采用自行设计的亚健康问卷及康奈尔医学指数量表(CMI)开展调查。对亚健康状况发生率进行统计分析。结果被调查居民身心亚健康状态发生率为22.1%,其中男性和女性身心亚健康状态发生率分别为22.0%和22.1%。心理亚健康状态发生率为8.1%,其中男性和女性的心理亚健康状态发生率分别为7.5%和8.5%。以41岁至50岁组亚健康发生率最高(23.9%)。农村居民亚健康常见症状中神经内分泌系统所占比例最高(45.1%),其次为呼吸系统(28.6%)、心血管系统(13.1%)、运动系统(9.5%)和消化系统(3.7%)。亚健康常见症状有失眠、视力差、发脾气、常烦恼、眨眼和流泪、入睡困难、轻咳、喉痛、打喷嚏、咳痰、鼻塞、手脚抽筋、心动过速、关节和四肢疼痛、饮食不规律等。农村居民疾病好发系统首先为心血管系统,占21.8%,其次为消化系统(8.3%)、神经内分泌系统(5.7%)、呼吸系统(4.9%)、运动系统(3.1%)和其他系统(7.6%)。结论亚健康常见症状中神经内分泌系统所占比例最高,其次为呼吸系统、心血管系统、运动系统和消化系统。农村居民疾病好发系统首先为心血管系统,其次为消化系统、神经内分泌系统、呼吸系统、运动系统和其他系统。
