| 摘 要： | 目的测定柴胡口服液中总黄酮的含量。方法采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品测定柴胡口服液中总黄酮的含量。结果在4~32μg.m l-1的范围内,样品浓度与吸光度有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.011 55C+0.005 39(r=0.999 72),加标回收率为102.0%(n=5,RSD=1.35%),柴胡口服液总黄酮平均含量为0.339 mg.m l-1。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,可作为柴胡口服液中总黄酮的含量测定的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of total flavone in Radix Bupleuri Oral Liquids.Methods The content of total flavone was determined by spectrophotometry,and compared with Rutin.Results The sample concentration was linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 4～32 μg·ml~(-1),the equation of linear regression was A =0.01155C + 0.00539(r=0.99972),the average recovery was 102.0%(RSD=1.35%,n=5) and the average concentration of total flavone was(0.339) mg·ml~(-1).Conclusion The method is simple,quick,accurate,sensitive and suitable for content determination of total flavone in Radix Bupleuri Oral Liquids. |
