南瓜叶中总黄酮含量测定

摘    要:目的测定南瓜叶中总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法在510 nm处测定南瓜叶中总黄酮含量。结果芦丁对照品溶液浓度8~40 mg.L-1时与吸光度有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.011 8C-0.025 1(r=0.999 2),加样回收率为100.9%(n=5),相对标准偏差为1.35%,南瓜叶总黄酮平均含量为2.65 mg.g-1。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,可作为南瓜叶中总黄酮的含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objective To determine the content of total flavone in Pumpkin leaves.Methods The total flavonoid in Pumpkin leaves was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 510 nm with rutin as a reference substance.Results The sample concentration was linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 8~40 mg·L-1,the equation of linear regression was A=0.011 8C-0.025 1(r=0.999 2),the average recovery was 100.9%(n=5,relative standard deviation was 1.35%)and the average concentration of total flavone was 2.65 mg·g-1.Conclusion The method is simple,quick,accurate,sensitive and suitable for content determination of total flavone in Pumpkin keaves.
