| 摘 要： | 目的探讨医院-社区-患者模式对糖调节受损(IGR)患者转归的影响。方法在江西省南昌市不同社区内分别建立医院-患者和医院-社区-患者保健体系干预模式,对IGR人群进行生活干预,定期行糖耐量试验,了解糖尿病发展及转归的情况。结果医院-社区-患者模式组干预2年后糖尿病发生率低于医院-患者模式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而糖耐量转归为正常者高于医院-患者模式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院-社区-患者一级预防模式是有效的糖尿病预防保健体系。
