妊娠高血压疾病孕妇血清脂联素水平变化与血压、尿蛋白关系的研究

目的探讨妊娠高血压疾病患者血清脂联素水平变化与血压、尿蛋白的关系。方法以100例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇为研究对象，其中轻度子痫前期69例，重度子痫前期31例；选取同期100倒正常孕晚期孕妇为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA法）检测孕妇血清脂联素水平，同时检测血压及尿蛋白，比较二组血清脂联素水平、尿蛋白、血压的关系。结果妊娠高血压疾病组血清脂联素水平明显低于对照组，尿蛋白、血压明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；妊娠高血压疾病组血清脂联素水平与尿蛋白含量呈负相关（r=-0．70，P〈0．01），与血压无明显相关性。结论检测妊娠高血压疾病孕妇血清脂联素变化对判断患者病情及预后有一定价值。

STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERUM ADIPONECTION LEVELS AND CHANGES IN BLOOD PRESSUER,URINE PROTEIN IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH PREGNANCY INDUCED HYPER- TENSION SYNDROME

Objective To investigate the relationship between adiponectin levels and changes in blood pressure, urine protein in pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome （PIH） patients. Methods Totally 100 cases of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy were selected as the subjects of the study, including 69 patients with mild preeclampsia, and 31 cases of severe preeclampsia; Another 100 normal third trimester pregnant women were enrolled in control group. The enzyme- linked immunosorloent assay （ELISA） was used to detect the serum adiponectin level, and blood pressure and urinary protein level also were detected simultaneously, then the relationships between serum adiponectin levels and urine protein, blood pressure were compared in the two groups Results The serum adiponectin level in PIH group was significantly lower than that in control group, while the urine protein and blood pressure were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. The serum adiponectin level in PIH group and urinary protein content were negatively correlated （r = -0. 70, P〈0. 01）, while there had no significant correlation with blood pressure. Conclusion Detection of serum adiponectin changing in pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome has a certain value in judging the condition and prognosis of patients.
