miRNAs与乳腺癌微转移研究进展

微小RNA（miRNAs）是一类内源性非蛋白编码的单链小分子RNA,广泛存在于真核生物中,对细胞的增殖、分化和免疫有重要的调节作用,还与肿瘤的发生、发展、侵润、转移等相关。miRNAs可能作为癌基因或抑癌基因,在乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中行使其功能。研究miRNAs在乳腺癌组织与正常组织中的不同表达水平,将有可能以特定微小RNA作为乳腺癌微转移的检验指标,并且可能在将来成为判断预后的标志物和治疗靶标。

Recent progress on miRNAs and micrometastasis of breast cancer

miRNAs,a group of noncoding small single-strand RNAs,widely existent in eukaryotes. It is evidenced that miRNAs play a crucial role in the regulation of cell proliferation,differentiation and immune response.Additionally,a large body of evidence shows die involvement of microRNAs in the initiation,progression,invasion and metastasis of a variety of cancers.In breast cancer,miRNAs might serve as oncogene or tumor suppressor gene.Researches have constantly shown that miRNAs are differentially expressed between breast cancer and nonmalignant breast tissues,therefore,miRNAs might become good biomarkers for micrometastasis,prognosis and merapeutical target of breast cancer in the future.
