CRT@bacteria检测幼儿龋病活跃性的研究

摘    要:目的探讨CRT@bacteria龋病活跃性检测法反映幼儿患龋现状及预测龋病进展状况的作用。方法 以复旦大学上海医学院幼儿园104名3岁幼儿为研究对象,连续3年行口腔检查,连续两年行CRT@bacteria龋病活跃性检测(同时半定量检测变形链球菌和乳杆菌),分别记录患龋率、龋补牙数(dft)和龋补牙面数(dfs)以及CRT-MS/LB等级分度。结果 CRT-MS/LB各度分布状况在两次检测中无显著性差异。CRT-MS/LB各度间患龋率、dft和dfs均有高度显著性差异,与dft、dfs呈高度正相关性。CRT-MS/LB首检各度与1~2年后的dft和dfs增量高度正相关。结论 CRT@ bacteria检测法能较准确地反映幼儿患龋现状,在预测龋病进展方面有较好的可信性。与CRT-LB相比,CRT-MS在预测幼儿龋病进展方面更准确、更稳定。

Abstract:Objective To apply CRT@bacteria test in assessment of caries activity in preschool children. MethodsOne hundred and four children aged 3 years were examined for dental caries at baseline and successively for 2 years. CRT@bacteria test was performed for simultaneous detection of streptococcus mutans (MS) and lactobacilli (LB) in saliva at the 1st and 2nd years. Caries prevalence,mean dft and dfs were calculated. ResultsThere were no significant differences in distribution rate of CRT degrees between two detections. There were highly positive correlations between CRT-MS/LB degrees and caries status (dft and dfs) in two detections. Highly positive correlations existed between CRT-MS/LB scores at baseline and the caries status (dft and dfs increment) 1-2 year later in two detections. ConclusionCRT@bacteria test is effective in reflecting the caries status and useful in predicting the caries risk in preschool children. CRT-MS is more accurate and stable in predicting the caries risk compared to CRT-LB.
