| 摘 要： | 目的探讨作业治疗（occupationaltherapy，OT）对脑中风偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力（activitiesofdailyliving，ADL）的影响。方法对28例脑中风患者进行系统作业治疗，并对其治疗前、后的ADL评定结果进行分析。结果治疗后ADL评定结果明显高于治疗前，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论作业治疗可以有效地改善脑中风患者日常生活活动能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of occupational tharepy on activities of daily living(ADL) of cerebrovascular accident hemiplegics.Methods Taking place the system OT to 28 cerebrovascular accident patients,and analyse ADL evaluation result before and after treatment.Results After the treatment,assessment results of ADL is obviously higher than before treatment,The difference has significance(P<0.05).Conclusion OT significantly improved ADL of cerebrovascular accident patients. |
