中西医结合治疗中晚期胃癌的疗效研究

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗中晚期胃癌的疗效.方法 选取2010年1月～2012年1月我院住院治疗的中晚期胃癌患者60例为研究对象,其中观察组32例应用中西医结合疗法治疗,对照组28例应用单纯化疗,比较两组疗效及生存质量提高率.结果 观察组总有效率84.4%（27/32）,明显高于对照组（P 〈 0.05）,且观察组患者治疗后的生存质量提高率达68.75%,也明显高于对照组（P 〈 0.05）,观察组的恶心呕吐、白细胞下降、静脉炎、腹泻、腹痛的发生例数明显低于对照组（P 〈 0.05）.结论 中西医结合治疗中晚期胃癌疗效确切,安全性好,值得广泛推广和应用.

Effect of Chinese combined western medicine treatment for locally advanced gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Integrative Medicine .in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods All 60 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 as the research object, observation group of 32 patients were treated with Western medicine therapy treatment, control group of 28 patients were treated with chemotherapy alone, the efficacy and quality of life to improve were compared. Re- suits The total effective rate of the observation group was 84.4% （27/32）, was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the quality of life in the observation group patients increased rate of was 68.75%, was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the observation group, nausea and vomiting, leukopenia, phlebitis, the incidence of diarrhea were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Integrative efficacy and safety of the treatment of advanced gastric cancer should be popularized and applied.
