后路经皮椎弓根钉棒系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效观察

目的观察后路经皮椎弓根钉棒系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法选择我院2016年1月~2017年1月住院治疗的32例胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,观察患者采取后路经皮椎弓根钉棒系统的术前及术后、随访12个月结束时伤椎前缘后缘高度压缩率、后凸Cobb角及ODI及SF-36、VAS评分。结果所有患者术后伤椎前缘后缘高度压缩率、后凸Cobb角较术前比较明显改变,且随访结束,所有患者前缘后缘高度压缩率、后凸Cobb角与术后比较未见明显变化。所有患者术前术后及随访结束的ODI及SF-36、VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论后路经皮椎弓根钉棒系统治疗胸腰椎骨折临床疗效确切,能明显改善患者的脊柱功能,减轻术后疼痛,提高患者的生活质量,值得广泛推广和应用。

Observation on the clinical efficacy of posterior percutaneous pedicle screw rod system in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of posterior percutaneous pedicle screw rod system in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods 32 patients with thoracolumbar fractures who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects.Before and after the surgery of posterior percutaneous pedicle screw rod system, and at the end of 12-month follow-up visit, the compression rate of the heights of frontal and posterior edges of injured vertebra, Cobb angle of kyphosis, ODI and SF-36, VAS scores were observed in the patients. Results The postoperative compression rate of the heights of frontal and posterior edges of injured vertebra and the Cobb angle of kyphosis were significantly different from those before surgery. At the end of follow-up visit, there was no significant change in the compression rate of the heights of frontal and posterior edges and Cobb angle of kyphosis in all patients. The ODI, SF-36 and VAS scores of all patients before and after surgery and at the end of follow-up were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the posterior percutaneous pedicle screw rod system in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures is definite. It can significantly improve the spine function,relieve postoperative pain and improve the patient''s quality of life. It is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
