地佐辛复合丙泊酚在双气囊小肠镜检查中的临床应用研究

目的 探讨地佐辛复合丙泊酚在双气囊小肠镜检查中的临床应用效果及安全性.方法 120例需行双气囊小肠镜检查患者自愿入选本研究,随机分组,观察组应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚,对照组应用芬太尼复合丙泊酚,比较两组麻醉效果差异及安全性.结果 观察组生命体征更为平稳,SPO2于T2、T3、T4时点均优于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组意识消失时间、苏醒时间、丙泊酚总量均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 地佐辛复合丙泊酚在双气囊小肠镜检查中应用效果好,更为安全.

Objective To explore the clinical effect and security of dezocine combined with propofol in the double-bal- loon enteroscopy examination. Methods All 120 patients needed double-balloon enteroscopy examination patients were voluntarily enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups,the observation group adopted dezocine combined with propofol,the control group adopted the treatment of propofol,then compare two groups＇ anesthesia efficacy and safety. Results The observation group＇ SPO2 in the times of T2, T3, T4 were better than the control groups＇ （P〈 0.05）; the consciousness loss time,recovery time,the total amount of propofol in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）;the adverse reaction in observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol in the double-balloon enteroscopy examination had better application effect and more security.
