拉伸实验与机用去冠器两种测试方法对种植牙冠粘结材料的比较
摘    要:目的 比较拉伸试验和机用去冠两种方法对临床常用种植牙冠粘结材料的测试结果,指导临床合理选择牙冠粘结材料。 方法2017年1~12月在ITI标准颈纯钛基台上,分别使用拉伸试验和机用去冠两种方法测试羧酸锌水门汀、Premier暂时性树脂水门汀、玻璃离子水门汀三种粘结材料,分别测试三种材料牙冠脱位所需要的最大载荷值和震动次数,并比较两种测试方法是否有差异。 结果 拉伸试验表明聚羧酸锌水门汀(198.2±18.5)N、Pre-mier暂时性树脂水门汀(102.3±16.9)N、玻璃离子水门汀(138.6±20.1)N三种粘结材料牙冠脱位最大载荷值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中聚羧酸锌水门汀牙冠脱位最大载荷值显著高于其他两种材料(P<0.05);机用去冠器测试表明聚羧酸锌水门汀(3.5±1.2)次、Premier暂时性树脂水门汀(18.1±5.3)次、玻璃离子水门汀(1.5±0.6)次三种粘结材料牙冠脱位震动次数比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中Premier暂时性树脂水门汀牙冠脱位震动次数显著高于其他两种材料(P<0.05)。 结论 拉伸试验和机用去冠器取冠两种方法测试临床常用粘结材料的结果顺序不一致,因此临床上只根据拉伸试验选取粘结材料的方法具有一定局限性,两种方法结合选择粘结材料更有利于选择最优的种植牙冠粘结材料。

Comparison of tensile test and machine dental crown removal device on implant dental crown adhesive materials
Abstract:Objective To compare the test results of tensile test and machine dental crown removal device for clinically used dental crown adhesive materials,and to guide the clinical selection of crown adhesive materials.Methods From January to December 2017,three kinds of adhesive materials of zinc carboxylate cement,Premier temporary resin ce-ment and glass ionomer cement were tested based on the ITI standard neck pure titanium abutment by tensile test and machine dental crown removal device respectively.The maximum load value and the number of vibrations required for crown dislocation of the three materials were tested.Whether the two test methods differed was compared.Results Ten-sile test showed that there was significant difference in the maximum load value of crown dislocation of zinc carboxylate cement(198.2±18.5)N,Premier temporary resin cement(102.3±16.9)N and glass ionomer cement(138.6±20.1)N(P<0.05),in which the maximum load value of zinc carboxylate crown dislocation was significantly higher than that of the other two materials(P<0.05).Machine dental crown removal device test showed there was significant difference in crown dislocation vibration frequency among zinc carboxylate cement(3.5±1.2)times,Premier temporary resin cement(18.1±5.3)times and glass ionomer cement(1.5±0.6)times adhesive materials(P<0.05).And the vibration frequency of Premier temporary resin cement crown dislocation was significantly higher than that of two other materials(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of the tensile test are inconsistent with those of machine dental crown removal device for testing the results of clinical commonly used adhesive materials.The method of selecting the adhesive material only according to the ten-sile test has certain limitations.The combination of the two methods is more conducive to the selection of the optimal im-plant crown material.
