循证医学教育模式在全科医师规范化培训中的应用

摘    要:全科医师作为全科医学服务的提供者,需要具备系统全面的全科医学相关理论和公共卫生服务能力,达到全科医师岗位的基本要求。循证医学教育模式是一种以问题为导向的自我教育学习模式,培养医生从被动的“要我学习”到发现临床问题,并寻找最佳科学证据以解决临床问题中“我要学习”的主动学习意识和能力,养成终身学习习惯,是传统经验教学的有益补充和发展方向。本文在全科医师规范化培训中引入循证医学教育新模式是将全科医学教育与临床实践有机地融为一体,是实现高效终身学习的医学教学模式,培养这些学员具备循证医学思维能力和自主学习能力,以期培养出合格、优秀的具备岗位胜任力的全科医师。

Abstract:General practitioners,asproviders of general medical services,need to bear systematic and comprehensive general medical theories and public health service capabilities.Evidence-based medical education mode is a problemoriented self-education learning mode,which trains doctors from passive "asking me to learn" to discover clinical problems and looking for the best scientific evidence.Meanwhile,the active learning consciousness and ability of "I want to learn" to solve clinical problems and develop the habit of lifelong learning are the beneficial supplement and development orientation of traditional experience teaching.The introduction of the new mode of evidence-based medical education into the standardized training of general practitioners,which is an organic integration of general medical education and clinical practice,and it is a medical teaching mode to achieve efficient lifelong learning.The students are trained to have evidence-based medical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability,so as to train qualified and outstanding general practitioners with post competence.
