静滴缩宫素引产中联合输液泵和留置针的优势分析

摘    要:目的分析分娩过程中输液泵和留置针联合应用的优势。方法选取我院需要静滴缩宫素产妇420例,随机分为A组(7号普通头皮针穿刺,人工调节缩宫素滴速)、B组(18号留置针穿刺,用输液泵控制缩宫素滴速)各210例。观察雨组产妇至有效宫缩所需时间、产程进展及在第二产程中宫缩期用力握拳后输液畅通情况。结果A、B髑组比较.B组达到有效宫缩时间和不同产程时间较短(P〈0.01),A组针头堵塞和输液暂时中断高达34.8%,B组无针头堵塞或输液暂时中断发生。结论静滴缩宫素引产过程中联合应用输液泵和留置针可以有效缩短产程,减少产妇痛苦。缩短护理工作时间。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the delivery of infusion pump and the advantages of the application of indwelling needle in the united.Methods In our hospital to intravenous infusion of uterine contraction in 420 cases of maternal were randomly divided into group A(7 common scalp needle puncture,artificial regulation of uterine contraction in dripping speed) and group B(18 indwelling needle puncture,infusion pump control uterine contraction in dripping speed),observed two groups of maternal uterine contractions to effective what time,labor progress and during the second birth process during uterine contraction force fist after infusion flow.Results Between the two groups,group B achieved effective contraction time and different time of birth process shorter(P < 0.01),group A needle clogging and infusion was temporarily interrupted high amounts to 34.8%,B group without needle clogging or infusion of temporary interruption.Conclusion Intravenous uterine contraction in labor process in combined application of infusion pump and the indwelling needle can effectively shorten birth process,reduce maternal pain,shorten the time of nursing work.
