| 摘 要： | 目的观察喜炎平治疗婴幼儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将76例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组对照组各38例，治疗组给予喜炎平注射液联合利巴韦林注射液，对照组给予利巴韦林注射液治疗，观察临床症状及体征的变化进行分析。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为92．1％和81．6％。治疗组比对照组的病程短，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论喜炎平注射液联合利巴韦林注射液治疗婴幼儿手足口病可缩短病程，减少患者痛苦，不良反应罕见，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Xiyanping in treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease in infants.
