| 摘 要： | 目的研究依达拉奉联用丹红对急性脑梗死的疗效。方法从既往使用依达拉奉、丹红、两者联用治疗急性脑梗死的病例中随机各抽取40例，共计120例，分析治疗后的疗效及神经功能缺损评分的变化情况。结果联用组的临床疗效均显著高于其他各组，且联用组神经功能缺损评分明显低于其他两组（P〈0．05）。结论依达拉奉与丹红联用可显著提高脑梗死患者的疗效，值得推广和应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of Edaravone joint Danhong in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into Edaravone group,Danhong group and combination group(Edaravone joint Danhong),every group had 40 cases.The efficacy and neural function improvement were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of combination group was significantly higher than other groups,and the neurological deficit score of combination group was significantly lower than the other two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Edaravone joint Danhong can significantly increase the curative effect of patients with acute cerebral infarction. |
