筋伤理论下火龙罐在治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎的临床研究

目的 探讨基于筋伤理论应用火龙罐治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。 方法 选取2019年6—12月在杭州市中医院就诊的68例风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各34例。对照组采取常规推拿治疗，治疗组采取火龙罐治疗，比较两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分、骨关节炎指数评分和临床疗效。 结果 治疗前，两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分及骨关节炎指数评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后，两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分、骨关节炎指数评分均高于治疗前，且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后，治疗组临床治疗有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 基于筋伤理论应用火龙罐治疗能有效改善风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛症状，减轻膝关节肿胀，提高膝关节功能，且优于常规推拿治疗。

Clinical research in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type by Huolong cupping based on the theory of tendon injury

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type by Huolong cupping based on the theory of tendon injury. Methods A total of 68 cases of knee osteoarthritis with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia admitted to Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June to December 2019 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=34) and the control group(n=34). The control group was treated with conventional massage,while the treatment group was treated with Huolong cupping. The visual analogue score (VAS) of pain,osteoarthritis index score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients. Results Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in VAS of pain and osteoarthritis index score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05). After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in VAS of pain and osteoarthritis index score than before treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the response rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Huolong cupping based on tendon injury theory can effectively improve the pain symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type, reduce the swelling of knee joint and improve the function of knee joint, and it is superior to conventional massage treatment.
