喜炎平注射液对手足口病患儿血清细胞因子水平的影响

目的研究喜炎平注射液治疗手足口病患儿的疗效及对患者血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α等细胞因子水平的影响。方法60例手足口病患儿依治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用利巴韦林治疗。观察组在对照组方法的基础上加用喜炎平注射液治疗。结果观察组显效率76．67％高于对照组显效率50．00％．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后，两组患者的血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-10及TNF—α等细胞因子水平均下降，但观察组恢复更快，组间比较，差异均有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组不良反应率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论喜炎平注射液用于治疗手足口病患儿疗效确切、副作用少，而且可以明显改善患者的血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α等细胞因子水平。

Study of Xiyanping injection intervention on serum cytokine levels in children with hand foot and mouth disease

Objective To study the effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease and interventions serum IL-2, IL-6, IL-IO and TNF-α levels in patients. Methods In 60 cases of children with hand foot and mouth disease,were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. Con- trol group：the use of ribavirin in treatment of hand foot mouth disease. The observation group： in the control group method based on, plus Xiyanping injection in the treatment of hand foot mouth disease. Results Significant efficiency of the observation group was 76.67% higher than 50.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi- cant（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment,two groups of patients with serum IL-2, IL-6, IL-IO and TNF-α levels were de- creased. However, the observation group recovered better. Comparison between groups, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Adverse reaction rate of two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Xiyanping injection used in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease has good curative effect, less side effects ,and can improve the levels of serum IL-2, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-α.
