重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折疗效观察

目的探讨重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效，并与克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效作比较。方法64例锁骨骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例，观察组采用重建钢板内固定治疗，对照组采用克氏针内固定，观察比较两组的手术效果及疗效。结果观察组的有效率为87．5％，对照组的有效率为59．4％，两组疗效差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折疗效满意，内固定牢固，优于克氏针内固定，术中出血少，利于骨折愈合，值得临床广泛推广使用。

The Efficacy of Reconstruction Plate Fixation for the Treatment 32 Cases Clavicular Fracture

Objective To evaluate the reconstruction plate fixation for the treatment of clavicle fractures clinical efficacy, and with Kirschner wire fixation for the treatment of clavicle fractures for comparison. Methods 64 cases of clavicular fracture were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 32 cases,observation group were treated with reconstruction plate fixation,Kirschner wire fixation for the control group were observed and compared the surgical results and efficacy of the two groups. Results Observer group of efficiency was 87.5% in the control group response rate was 59.4%, the two groups by statistical analysis of efficacy, the difference was significant significance（P〈0.05）. Reconstruction plate fixation group operative time, blood loss and hospital stay were significantly less than the Kirsehner wire fixation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The reconstruction plate fixation of clavicle fractures satisfactory than Kirsehner wire fixation,less blood loss,internal fixation, which will help fracture healing, it is worth to promote the use of clinical extensive.
