妇产科学临床教学模式的改革与实践

摘    要:目的探索妇产科临床教学改革新思路,使理论学习与临床实践相结合,进一步提高临床教学质量。方法在妇产科临床教学中引入PBL教学法,由教师作为引导者,提供真实病案,倡导学生组织讨论,以考试成绩和学生的评价作为该教学模式的评估标准。结果PBL教学法可明显提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,对临床思维能力的培养显著优于传统的教学方法。结论PBL教学法在妇产科临床教学中具有可行性,是临床教学改革的新方向。

Reform and Practice in Medical Clinical Teaching Mode of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Abstract:Objective To explore the new methods of clinical teaching reform in obstetrics and gynecology and the combined of theory studying and clinical improve clinical teaching effect. Methods A new teaching methods PBL was introduced in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. The teacher offer ture cases,The students raised questions centering on the typical cases and discussed under the guidance of the teacher by team. Takes a test the result and student's appraisal takes this educational model the appraisal standard. Results PBL could significantly improve the students leaming enthusiasm and-study effects PBL had more advantage in training of clinical thinking than traditional teaching.
