| 摘 要： | 经过多年临床诊疗实践,李滋平教授积累了丰富的针药相须治疗面瘫的经验,在益气祛湿通络思想指导下,将中医理论与现代医学紧密结合,本着守传统但不拘于传统的理念,打破传统思想中"早期忌补"的理论,总结了一套针药相须治疗急性期面瘫的有效疗法,通过毫针针刺、穴位注射、中药和西药的联合运用,取得了良好临床疗效.
