护理风险管理在心血管、呼吸内科护理中的应用及效果评价

目的分析心血管、呼吸内科存在的护理风险因素,评价实施护理风险管理措施的效果。方法 2011年1月～2011年12月在我科住院的865例的患者作为观察组,针对心血管、呼吸内科存在的护理风险因素,实施有效的护理风险管理,并选择未接受风险管理的621例患者作为对照组,比较2组护患纠纷投诉率、风险事件发生率、护士的治疗和操作熟练程度、护理服务质量综合满意度及护理质量控制评分,评价风险管理效果。结果观察组护患纠纷投诉率与风险事件发生率为0.24%、0.12%,均明显低于对照组;观察组患者综合满意度为99.45%,护士的治疗和操作熟练程度为99.3%,护理质量控制评分为(98.9±1.5)分,均显著高于对照组。结论心血管、呼吸内科疾病因素、药品因素、人为因素、风险事件易感人群、管理因素是心血管、呼吸内科常见的护理风险因素,针对上述因素进行分析,制定详细周密的风险管理制度,实施系统、全面的风险防范措施后,风险事件发生率显著降低,护理质量明显提高,护士的治疗和操作熟练程度及患者满意度也大幅度提升,收到了良好的效果。

Nursing risk management in the circulatory, respiratory medicine care in the application and effectiveness evaluation

Objective Analysis of circulating respiratory medicine care risk factors,evaluation of the effect of the implementation of care and risk management measures.Methods January 2011 ～ December 2011 observation group and 865 cases of patients in inpatient care risk factors for circulation,Respiratory Medicine,effective care risk management,and select the 621 patients who did not receive risk managements a control group to compare two group care suffering from a dispute complaint rate,the risk of incidence,treatment and operation of proficiency of the nurses,the quality of nursing service satisfaction and care quality control score,evaluation of risk management effectiveness.Results Observer Group of nurses and patients Complaint rate risk events was 0.24%,0.12%,significantly lower than the control group;observe the overall satisfaction of patients was 99.45% 99.3%,treatment and operation of proficiency of nurses,nursing quality control score(98.9 ± 1.5) points,are significantly higher.Conclusion Cardiovascular,respiratory disease factors,drug factors,human factors,risk events susceptible populations,management factors,the circulatory,respiratory care risk factors for the above factors analysis,preparation of a detailed and thorough risk management system,the implementation of the system.comprehensive risk prevention measures,risk event rate was significantly reduced,significantly improved the quality of care,treatment and operation of proficiency of the nurses and patient satisfaction also improved significantly,and received good results.
