原发性高血压糖代谢异常的研究

摘    要:目的探讨原发性高血压患者糖代谢异常情况。方法对152例初诊原发性高血压患者行口服75g葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),据血糖值分为正常葡萄耐量(NGT)、空腹血糖受损(IFG)、葡萄糖耐量减低(IGT)和糖尿病(DM)。结果152例原发性高血压患者中DM9.9%,IFG12.5%,IGT33.5%。结论原发性高血压患者存在较高的糖代谢异常率,对原发性高血压患者应实行首诊血糖负责制,进行常规筛查,做到早发现、早治疗、预防和减少心脑血管并发症。

A trial abnomality of glucose metabolisem in patients with essential hypertension

Abstract:Objective To investigate the abnomality of glucose metabohsem in patients with essential hypertension. Methods After OGTT, 152 patients with essential hypertension were divided into 4 groups: normal glucose tolerance: (NGT), impaired fasting glucose(IFG),impaired glucose tolerity(IGT)and diabetes millitus(DM)o The morbidity had been calculated respectively. Results The morbidity of DM, IFG, and IGT were 9.9%, 12.5% and 33.5% respectively.Conclusion The frequency of abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with essential hypertension is very high. In order to prevent and reduce the possibility of cardiovascul car; complications, blood glucose especially OGTr should he as a routine procedure in the diagnosis of such patients.
