| 摘 要： | 目的观察环磷腺苷葡胺注射液对于急性白血病化疗时的化疗药物性心肌损害的预防及治疗作用。方法采用对照方法将70例患者随机分成两组，观察组35例，在化疗时予环磷腺苷葡胺注射液；对照组35例化疗时予维生素C静滴，待出现心肌损害时再使用环磷腺苷葡胺注射液治疗。治疗前后行肌酸激酶同工酶（CK—MB）、心电图、心脏彩超检查，判断心肌损伤情况。结果观察组出现心电图及CK-MB异常者明显少于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论环磷腺苷葡胺注射液预防对急性白血病化疗药物性心肌损害有保护作用。
