赶黄草总黄酮对非酒精性脂肪肝小鼠肝功能和脂质代谢的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨苗药赶黄草总黄酮对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)小鼠的作用。方法:取健康、合格KM小鼠,雌雄各半,分为正常对照组、模型对照组、非诺贝特组(33.3 mg/kg)、赶黄草总黄酮0.66、0.33 g/kg组和肝苏颗粒组(8.4 g/kg),灌胃给药,连续6 w,观察记录小鼠一般状态。给药结束后,取血清测定丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果:与正常组对照相比,模型对照组小鼠血清中的AST、ALT、TBIL、CHO、TG水平均显著升高(P0.05或P0.01),表明NAFLD模型制备成功。与模型组相比,赶黄草总黄酮0.66g/kg、0.33g/kg、肝苏颗粒和非诺贝特组明显降低血清中AST、ALT、TBIL、TG水平,显著升高HDL-C水平(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:赶黄草总黄酮对NAFLD小鼠具有保护作用。

Effects of Total Flavonoids of Penthorum Chinense Pursh on Liver Function and Lipid Metabolism for Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease in Mice
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of total flavonoids in Miao medicine Penthorum Chinese Pursh (PCH) on protecting non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in mice.Methods:The Kunming mice were divided randomly into groups as the control group,the model group,the fenofibrate group (33.3 mg/kg),total flavonoids of PCH group (0.66,0.33 g/kg),and Gansu granule group (8.4 g/kg).The mice were given medicine by stomach for6 weeks and observed normal status.At 6 weeks,alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),totalbilirubin (TBIL),triglyceride (TG),cholesterol (CHO),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in serum were determined.Results:Compared with the normal group,the levels of AST,ALT,TBIL,TG,CHO in serum increased significantly in the model group (P < 0.05 or P <0.0l),which indicated the success of the NAFLD model.Compared with the model group,total flavonoids of PCH group,Gansu granule group and fenofibrate group could obviously decrease the levels of AST,ALT,TBIL and TG,and increase HDL-C level (P < 0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion:Total flavonoids of PCH are effective on protecting NAFLD mice.
