药用桑黄总黄酮的提取工艺研究

目的：研究提取桑黄总黄酮的工艺。方法：以正交试验,采用超声辅助提取桑黄中总黄酮,以总黄酮提取率为指标。结果：超声法提取桑黄总黄酮为最佳工艺：其乙醇浓度为70%,料液比为1∶30（g/mL）,提取时间为20 min,颗粒粗细度为40~60目。结论：超声波法提取桑黄总黄酮提取率高,成本低廉,方法简单。

Research on the extraction of total flavonoids from Phellinus vaninii

Objective： To explore the best extracting technique of total flavonoids from Phellinus vaninii with ultrasonic-assisted technique.Methods： The orthogonal design was used in the research for the ultrasonic-assisted extracting technique.Results： The optimum conditions of the extraction were as follows： ethanol 70%,the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶30,extracting time 45 min and particle weight 40~60 items.Conclusion： This process was charactrized by higher extractive rate and shorter extracting time.
