| 摘 要： | 目的分析研究肝硬化患者血小板参数和凝血指标检测的临床意义。方法分别采用全自动血液分析仪和全自动血凝仪测定72例肝硬化患者和72例健康对照者的血小板及其参数:血小板(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板比容(PCT)和凝血指标:凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)的变化并进行比较。结果肝硬化组与健康对照组比较,PLT、PCT显著下降,MPV、PDW显著增高(P<0.05);肝硬化组患者PT、TT、APTT均较健康对照组明显延长,FIB较对照组比较显著下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血小板参数和凝血指标可作为衡量肝硬化患者出血倾向和预后判断的重要指标,对临床病情判断和治疗具有重要的意义。
