| 摘 要： | 甲状腺肿块的发病率在全球范围内呈逐年上升的趋势,对人类健康造成严重的威胁,因此寻找治疗甲状腺肿块更有效的方法显得尤为重要。超声引导细针穿刺无水乙醇注射治疗技术具有并发症少、美观及手术创伤少等优势,近年来应用于甲状腺肿块的临床治疗,并取得较好的疗效,逐渐成为治疗甲状腺肿块的一种新方法。该文就超声引导下细针穿刺联合无水乙醇注射在治疗甲状腺肿块的研究进展方面进行综述,以期能对临床治疗甲状腺肿块提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | Yearly growth trends of thyroid nodules worldwide pose a great threat to us all,which raises the need for a more effective treatment.Ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration ethanol injection therapy have gradually become a new treatment for thyroid nodules and has been widely used in clinical with good effect,due to its advantages of fewer complications,aesthetics and less surgical trauma.Here is to make a review of the clinical application of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration ethanol injection therapy in thyroid nodules,with the purpose of providing new insights for the clinical practice. |
