癌症相关性乏力的治疗进展

许多癌症患者在治疗期间以及治疗结束后均会遭受癌症相关性乏力(CRF)的困扰。乏力可能发生在疾病治疗期间的任意时间,通常持续数月或者数年,影响患者的生活质量。所有癌症患者都应定期进行乏力筛查。中、重度乏力患者有可能会从药物和非药物干预中获益。轻度乏力不影响生活质量,可以仅给予非药物干预。目前国内临床尚未常规系统性评估乏力,对于乏力治疗没有足够的经验,低估了其对生活质量的影响。该文综合国内外最新报道着重阐述CRF在治疗方面的进展。

Progress of Treatment for Cancer Related Fatigue

Many cancer patients suffer from cancer related fatigue （CRF） both during and after treat- ment. CRF can arise at any point during the treatment course and usually lasts for months to years, which greatly impact the life quality of the patients. Therefore, all the cancer patients should take fatigue screening regularly. Moderate and severe fatigue patients can benefit from the drug and non-drug interventions. The mild fatigue does not.affect the life quality, such patients can only be given non-drug interventions. Currently in China, conventional systematic evaluation for fatigue has not been conducted in clinical practice. Therefore, little experience has been accumulated in the treatment of CRF and its impact on the life quality has been underestimated. Here is to make a review of the advances in the treatment of CRF by summarizing the latest domestic and foreign reports.
