| 摘 要： | 人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）,乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）及丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）具有相似的传播途径,均可通过血液（包括输血和输血制品）、性接触（包括同性接触和异性接触）、母婴垂直及静脉注射吸毒等途径传播.所以,HIV合并HBV/HCV感染比较常见,引起了国内外研究人员的重视,近年来的相关研究取得了一些成果.该文就目前HIV合并HBV/HCV感染的流行病学、临床治疗等方面的研究进展予以综述.

| Abstract: | Human immunodeficiency virus （HIV）, hepatitis B virus （HBV） and hepatitis C virus （HCV） have similar transmission route. They are mainly spreading by exposure to contaminated blood or blood products, homosexual contact, heterosexual contact, intravenous drug use and mother-to-child transmis-sion. Therefore, HIV co-infection with HBV/HCV is relatively eommon and has attracted the attention of researchers all over the world. Here is to make a review of the researchprogress of the epidemlology and clini-cal treatment of HIV co-infection with HBV/HCV. |
