股骨髁支持钢板治疗股骨远端C型骨折

目的探讨股骨髁支持钢板治疗股骨远端C型骨折的优势和临床疗效。方法对28例股骨远端C型骨折采用股骨髁支持钢板内固定后行临床观察及随访。结果所有患者经随访6～22个月,平均15个月。骨折全部愈合,无骨不连,钢板松动,断裂,无膝内外翻畸型。膝关节功能评分（HSS）：优14例,良9例,可3例,差2例,优良率82.14%。结论股骨髁支持钢板设计合理,对治疗股骨远端粉碎的C2、C3型骨折及骨折线偏低的C1型骨折具有优势 其内固定操作简单,固定可靠,有利于膝关节功能恢复。

Femoral Condylar Buttress Plate in the Treatment of Distal Femoral Fractures-C

Objective Femoral condylar buttress plate in the treatment of distal femoral fractures C advantages and clinical efficacy.Methods Femoral condylar buttress plate fixation Acro C for 28 cases of distal femoral fractures with ss clinical observation and follow-up.Results All patients were followed up after 6 to 22 months,an average of 15 months.All fractures healed without bone non-union,plate loosening,fracture,non-knee deformities inside and outside the turn.Knee function score（HSS）：excellent in 14 cases,good in 9 cases,fair in 3 cases and poor in 2 cases,good rate of 82.14%.Conclusion Femoral condylar buttress plate design is reasonable,right distal femur shattered C2,C3 type fracture and the fracture line of low C1 fractures have an advantage;its fixation is simple,reliable fixation is conducive to knee functional recovery.
