阿托伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗动脉粥样硬化疗效观察

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠在动脉粥样硬化中的综合疗效。方法将2011年6月—2012年5月于该院进行治疗的78例绝经后合并骨质疏松症的老年高血压、高血脂患者随机分为对照组（阿托伐他汀组）39例和观察组（阿托伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠组）39例,然后将两组患者治疗前后的正常骨量率、颈动脉内中膜厚度、斑块面积、血脂及血清CRP水平进行比较。结果观察组的正常骨量率及颈动脉内中膜厚度正常率均高于对照组,斑块面积小于对照组,血脂及血清CRP水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿仑膦酸钠在动脉粥样硬化中的疗效较佳,可更为有效地改善患者的各项疾病评估指标。

Observation on the Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Alendronate Sodium on Patients with Atherosclerosis

Objective To study the comprehensive effect of atorvastatin combined with alendronate sodium on patients with atherosclerosis. Methods 78 elderly postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis, hypertension and hyperlipemia admitted in our hospital from June, 2011 to May, 2012 were randomly divided into control group（atorvastatin group）and observation group（atorvastatin combined with alendronate sodium group）with 39 cases in each. The normal bone mass rate,carotid artery intima-media thickness,plaque area,blood lipid and serum CRP of two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results After the treatment, the normal bone mass rate and carotid normal artery intima-media thickness rate of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, plaque area was smaller than that of the control group, blood lipid and serum CRP were all better than those of the control group; all the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with alendronate sodium has better effect on patients with atherosclerosis, which can improve the evaluation indices of the patients with the disease more effectively.
