摘    要:目的:观察分析普通肝素与低分子肝素钙在血液透析(HD﹚抗凝中的应用效果。方法随机选取该院2015年1―12月收治的100例血液透析患者,通过双色球随机分组法分为观察组(n=60﹚和对照组(n=40﹚,对照组患者采用普通肝素治疗,观察组患者采用低分子肝素钙治疗,观察两组患者止血压迫时间、出血倾向、治疗前后凝血指标情况。结果观察组穿刺点压迫止血时间(7.21±0.13﹚min,短于对照组(12.87±2.76﹚min,出血倾向率低于对照组,观察组患者TT、APTT短于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论针对血液透析患者,采用低分子肝素钙抗凝,并发症少,出血量少,可缩短止血压迫时间,安全性高,值得临床积极推广应用。

Observation of Clinical Effect of Common Heparin and Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium in Hemodialysis Anticoagulation
Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of common heparin and low molecular weight heparin in hemodialysis (HD). Methods Random selection 100 patients with hemodialysis and who accepted treatments in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected, and through the double chromosphere random grouping method were randomly divided into the observation group(n=60) and the control group (n=40).In the control group,the patients were treat-ed with conventional heparin while in the observation group,the patients were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium.Then,the time to stop bleeding, bleeding tendency, blood coagulation index before and after treatment of the two groups of patients were observed. Results The puncture point compression hemostasis time of (7.21±0.13﹚min in the obser-vation group was shorter than that in the control group of (12.87±2.76﹚min,the number of dialyzer reuse was more than that in the control group,and the rate of bleeding tendency was lower than that of the control group.The APTT, TT of ptients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Con-clusion The use of low molecular weight heparin calcium anticoagulation for the patients with hemodialysis,which the com-plications is less,and the amount of bleeding is less,while can shorten the time of blood pressure, the safety is higher,thus it is worthy to be applied in the clinical.
