老年髋关节置换患者围手术期急性低血压与术后认知障碍的相关性研究

目的：探讨老年髋关节置换患者围手术期急性低血压与术后认知障碍的关系。方法方便选择2012年1月—2015年12月期间在该院行髋关节置换手术治疗的老年患者96例作为研究对象，按围手术期是否出现急性低血压分为急性低血压组和正常血压组，并利用简易智能量表(MMSE)对患者的认知功能进行评定。结果急性低血压组认知功能障碍发生率为39.13%显著高于正常血压组(14.00%)，差异有统计学意义P﹤0.05。结论老年髋关节置换患者围手术期急性低血压可明显增加术后认知功能障碍的发生。

The Relationship between Perioperative Acute Hypotension and Postopera-tive Cognitive Dysfunction in Elderly Patients with Hip Replacement

Objective Discussed in elderly patients with hip replacement perioperative acute hypotension and the relation-ship between postoperative cognitive impairment.Methods Convenient selection during the period of January 2012 to De-cember 2015 underwent hip replacement surgery in the treatment of 96 patients were as the research object, according to peri operative period whether acute hypotension is divided into acute hypotension group and normal blood pressure group, and the use of simple intelligent table (MMSE) on the patient's cognitive function can were evaluated. Results Acute hy-potension group had a significantly higher incidence of cognitive dysfunction was 39.13% normal blood pressure group (14.00%) and significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion In elderly patients with hip replacement perioperative acute hy-potension may obviously increase the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction. Acute hypotension group had a sig-nificantly higher incidence of cognitive dysfunction was 39.13% normal blood pressure group (14.00%) and significant dif-ference (P<0.05).
