老年患者全髋置换术后舒芬太尼静脉和硬膜外自控镇痛的可行性

目的：探讨老年患者全髋置换术后舒芬太尼静脉和硬膜外自控镇痛的疗效。方法随机收集2013年2月-2015年1月该院接受全髋置换术的100例患者，随机分为50例研究组(接受舒芬太尼硬膜外自控镇痛﹚和50例对照组(接受舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛治疗﹚。对比研究组和对照组手术后24 h、48 h舒芬太尼用量及VAS疼痛评分。结果①研究组和对照组手术后24 h、48 h舒芬太尼用量结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。②研究组和对照组手术后24 h、48 h VAS疼痛评分结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05﹚。结论年患者全髋置换术后舒芬太尼静脉和硬膜外自控镇痛效果基本一致，但是硬膜外自控镇痛所使用舒芬太尼剂量更少。

Feasibility of Patient-Controlled Intravenous and Epidural Analgesia with Sufentanil in Elderly Patients after Total Hip Replacement

Objective To discuss the curative effect difference of patient-controlled intravenous and epidural analgesia with sufentanil in elderly patients after total hip replacement. Methods 100 cases of patients with total hip replacement treated in our hospital from February 2013 to January 2015 were collected and randomly divided into the research group (receiving patient-controlled epidural analgesia with sufentanil) and the control group (receiving patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with sufentanil) with 50 cases in each, the dosage of sufentanil at 24h and 48h after operation and VAS pain score of the two groups were comparatively researched. Results The difference in the dosage of sufentanil at 24h and 48h after operation between the two groups was obvious (P<0.05﹚. The difference in the VAS pain score at 24h and 48h after operation was not obvious (P>0.05﹚. Conclusion The effects of patient-controlled intravenous and epidural analgesia with sufentanil in elderly patients after total hip replacement are basically consistent, however, the less dosage of sufentanil is used by patient-controlled epidural analgesia.
